You can return any product purchased from Woodenzy within 14 days of delivery.
Steps
Send an e-mail to our support team with your return request using support@woodenzy.com. Submit all the information about your order, why you want to return the product, and photos of the product if it is damaged/missing/wrong product.
Once your return request has been approved, our support team will provide you with a return shipping address.
Send the product complete with its invoice, all other auxiliary equipment and its own box.
When the product reaches us, all necessary examinations are made. Shipments that meet the return conditions are approved and a refund is made within 7 days.
For products returned using the right of withdrawal (products returned without any defect), shipping charges are not refunded to the buyer.
Considerations
Returned items must be unused and suitable for resale.
Woodenzy is not responsible for incorrectly entered phone model, wood type and/or key variations while creating the order record. If such a situation is detected, the change request will be rejected.
If the application error is detected despite following the coating video, only the shipping fee will be sent again.
Free shipping is not provided for problems caused by non-compliance with the overlay video.
In cases where there is an error caused by Woodenzy, the product will be re-shipped as soon as possible and free of charge.
